Pre-Bid Meeting 5/24/2023 3:00pm @ FMS, 736 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, RI 02857, Q&A Due 5/26/2023 @ 5pm. Responses 5/31/2023. Sealed bids, in quadruplicate, plainly marked “Sealed Bid – IFB G2023-02 Fogarty Memorial School Boiler Replacement” will be received until 9:30 a.m. prevailing time, June 9, 2023 at the Office of the Treasurer, Town of Glocester, 1145 Putnam Pike, PO Drawer B, Chepachet, RI 02814-0702. They will be opened publicly at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, June 9, 2023 in the Glocester Town Hall Council Chambers.
Bid documents can be obtained using the links below or at the above office on or after May 15, 2023 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Each bidder is welcome to perform an on-site inspection of the schools and installation areas as outlined in the IFB.
